Aviloza
Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Use of Aviloza is subject to these terms. Aviloza is an AI software service meant to help the user understand information, make decisions, manage outcomes and take actions within the capabilities, permissions and limits that are available.
Creating an account or continuing to use the service requires explicit acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy. The time of acceptance and the version accepted are stored on the account. Use is allowed for people aged 18 or older.
1. Account and use of the service
The user is responsible for securing their account, for the accuracy of information they provide, and for having permission to connect a source or to request an action that affects someone else.
Aviloza is now available. Features may change, stop, or be limited for security, reliability, bug fixes, or to match a third-party provider's policy.
2. Three responsibility modes
Advise me is a recommendation only. Do it for me is a one-time action. Own this from now on is an ongoing outcome, subject to permissions, approvals, risk, confidence and the limits of the product.
Taking ownership of an outcome is not a promise of a result the service does not control. When an action depends on another person, an external provider, or missing information, Aviloza may stop, ask for approval, or leave the matter open.
3. AI, uncertainty and verification
AI systems can be wrong, misread information, or miss context. Aviloza is built to separate a recommendation, an action and a verification, but service output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Where an external check is possible, Aviloza aims not to mark an action done based only on a model reply or a technical API reply. Not every action can be fully verified, so a human approval may still be required.
4. Approvals, authority and Emergency Stop
Some external actions require explicit approval. Dangerous, financial or irreversible actions may be blocked or may require a higher approval. The user can use Emergency Stop to block new actions that this mechanism supports.
Approval of one action is not necessarily a standing permission. A wider autonomy, when it is available, has to be explicit and limited to the scope the user approved.
5. Third-party services
Some capabilities depend on services such as Google and on infrastructure or AI providers. Their availability, use limits, permissions and terms also apply. A change or failure at such a provider can affect Aviloza. Use of Google user data is also covered by the Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use.
6. Code and capabilities built for the user
To the extent applicable law allows, original source code and original software output that Aviloza creates specifically for the user as a Generated Project are marked in the product as USER_OWNED and are kept PRIVATE by default.
Components, libraries, models or code that come from a third party stay under their own licenses and terms. Aviloza does not make such a component the user's property merely because it was used in a project.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, to infringe other people's rights, to bypass permission or security controls, to deceive, to distribute malware, or to operate Aviloza in a way that could harm the service, its providers or other users.
8. Stopping use and deletion
A user may stop using the service and disconnect connections. Aviloza may limit or suspend an account for abuse, a security risk, or a material breach of these terms. Deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Paid plans, when they are available, are charged only through a verified payment provider and at the price and billing period shown before payment. Cancelling a future charge and refunds follow applicable law, the transaction terms, and whether the service was actually supplied. Before buying, read the plan details and the cancellation terms shown in the payment flow. This text does not remove a mandatory consumer right under applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
At launch the service is provided as it is, within the limits of applicable law. There is no commitment of uninterrupted availability, fitness for every purpose, or that every action will finish without error. Matters with a significant consequence need an appropriate human check.
11. Changes to these terms
Aviloza may update these terms. A material change will be shown to users in advance, and where needed a fresh acceptance will be requested before continued use. An updated text does not apply backward to a charge that already happened.
12. Governing law and venue
The laws of the State of Israel govern these terms and use of the service. Exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them sits with the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, without removing a consumer right under applicable law. If the Hebrew and English texts differ, the Hebrew text governs. This English text is a convenience translation.
